About the event
We are excited to announce that we received our 501© 3 status for our Community Development Corporation as a non-profit organization. In celebration of this great success, we have planned a special “Community Fun Day” on Saturday, July 13, 2024 (12:00-4:00 PM) which will include a “Ribbon Cutting Ceremony” with speakers from the City of Detroit Council; religious leaders, and Detroit police officers. We will also have fun for the community, complete with a prayer corner, free medical screening, a petting zoo, free pony rides, a bouncy house obstacle course, fun, food, and games.
